Send a photo or describe the piece and what is wrong. You do not need to know the cause.

We inspect it
At your home where the job allows, otherwise in our workshop with the right tools.

You approve the price
Wood, parts and labour itemised before anything is taken apart. Nothing starts until you agree.

We do the work
Matched wood and finish, delivered back and set up. Old parts come back to you if you ask.

Can you copy a design from a photo?
Yes. We adapt it to your dimensions and tell you honestly where a detail needs changing to be strong in solid wood.
How long does custom furniture take?
Typically 3 to 6 weeks depending on size and carving. The timeline is confirmed with the price.
