Every sofa set we build uses the same solid sheesham frame with high-density foam — the fabric-vs-leather decision only affects the upholstery layer, not the structural quality underneath.
Fabric sofas
Fabric is breathable, comfortable in Islamabad's summer heat, and available in a wide range of colors and textures. It's generally easier and cheaper to reupholster down the line if the look needs refreshing.
Leather and leatherette sofas
Leather (and the more affordable leatherette) wipes clean easily, resists spills, and holds up well to daily wear — a practical option for households with young kids. It can feel warmer to sit on during peak summer months.

Comfort in heat: fabric wins. Stain resistance: leather/leatherette wins. Upfront cost: fabric is typically slightly cheaper. Long-term cleaning effort: leather/leatherette needs less frequent deep cleaning.
Which to pick for your household
Families with young children or pets often prefer leatherette for easy cleanup. If the sofa sits in a sunlit, warm room and comfort matters most, a breathable fabric is the better daily-use choice.
