Beds described as solid wood are not always what the listing says, so we check the wood as well as the build.
Before you pay for second-hand or 'solid wood' furniture, our inspector visits and checks it: real wood or veneer over board, joint strength, termite and moisture damage, and hidden repairs. You get a plain written report and a fair-price opinion.
What we check on beds before you buy

Care tip: Tighten bed bolts every six months and never drag a loaded bed across the floor.
