About scratch and water mark removal
White rings are moisture trapped in the finish, not damage to the wood, and can usually be drawn out. Scratches depend on depth.
Surface marks are treated locally and blended in. Deep scratches are filled and colour-matched. If a mark has reached bare wood across a large area, we tell you a re-polish is the honest option.
