About hand polishing for wooden furniture
Polish wears through on arms, table edges and headboards first. Once bare wood is exposed it absorbs dirt and moisture.
We clean and sand back the old finish, fill small marks, stain to the agreed shade and build the polish in coats by hand. A test patch is shown to you before the whole piece is done.
